1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, booking a ground or net, entering a tournament, or otherwise using the facilities of Param Veers Sports Complex ("Param Veers", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & payments

All ground, net, and facility bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received and acknowledged by us.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time of payment.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to paramveerssportscomplex@gmail.com. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, ground conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid.

4. Conduct & safety

Users must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and the laws and spirit of cricket while on the premises. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person behaving unsafely, abusively, or in a manner that disrupts others.

Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Param Veers is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our proven negligence.

5. Tournaments & leagues

Participation in tournaments and leagues is subject to the specific rules published for each event. Entry fees, eligibility, and scheduling are set out in the relevant event information and form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Param Veers Sports Complex or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
